*For the Corner Room, the minimum price is for 1 person occupancy. For all other rooms the minimum price is for 2 persons. Add $15 for each extra person.
There is a $50 per room surcharge for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and Easter bookings.
Continental Breakfast - $15 per person per day. Includes toast, a choice of cereals, tea and coffee, yogurt, and fresh juice
Continental - as above plus eggs as you like them - $20
Continental plus fresh fruit salad - $20
Full cooked breakfast - Sausages, bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomato, hash browns and baked beans - $25

**Minimum stay for Longer Term rate = 6 weeks. Gas, Internet and Water included; Breakfast, electricity and room servicing not included. Stays of 1-5 weeks get one free night per week.
Want to book the entire house? You can book all 4 rooms (Pelican / Family / Corner / Eagle ) for longer periods, fully serviced, for $520pn.
Guests are welcome to use the Barbecue area, however if using crockery and cutlery supplied by Ambleside, there is a $2 per person washing up fee
Laundry service - wash, dry and fold - $30 per load
Tamworth Airport Shuttle - $50 per journey.
Long weekends, Easter, and Christmas, minimum booking is 2 nights.
We reserve the right to charge for any breakages caused by guests. In the event that the room is left in a substandard condition requiring extra cleaning, there will be a cleaning fee of $100 added to your account.
